1. Introduction
VantageX Global Inc. ("VantageX", "we", "us"), a corporation incorporated under the laws of the State of Delaware, provides enterprise cloud infrastructure and B2B custom software development services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard information when you visit our website, request access to our services, or engage us under a commercial agreement.
2. Information We Collect
We collect (a) business contact information you provide, such as name, work email, company, job title and phone number; (b) account and billing information for contracted customers; (c) technical data, including IP address, browser type, device identifiers and usage logs generated by our websites and infrastructure; and (d) support communications. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 16.
3. Customer Data
Data that customers store, process or transmit through our hosted infrastructure or custom-built software ("Customer Data") is processed solely on the customer's documented instructions and in accordance with the applicable Master Services Agreement and Data Processing Addendum. In this capacity VantageX acts as a processor or service provider, and the customer remains the controller.
4. How We Use Information
We use information to provide, operate and secure our services; respond to inquiries and access requests; perform contractual obligations; monitor availability, performance and abuse; comply with legal obligations; and communicate service, security and product updates. We do not sell personal information and do not use Customer Data to train general-purpose AI models.
5. Legal Bases
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and securing a B2B service, compliance with legal obligations, and, where required, consent.
6. Sharing and Sub-processors
We share information only with vetted sub-processors (such as cloud hosting providers, including Amazon Web Services, and support tooling vendors) bound by written confidentiality and data protection obligations; with professional advisors; in connection with a merger or acquisition; or where required by law, subpoena or court order.
7. Security
We maintain administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the risk, including encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest, least-privilege access controls, multi-factor authentication, network segmentation, centralized audit logging, vulnerability management and documented incident response procedures. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
8. International Transfers
Information may be processed in the United States and other jurisdictions where we or our sub-processors operate. Where required, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
9. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described here, satisfy contractual commitments, and meet legal, accounting and audit requirements. Customer Data is returned or deleted following termination in accordance with the governing agreement.
10. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal information, and to object to certain processing. California residents may exercise rights under the CCPA/CPRA. Requests may be submitted to the contact below; we will verify and respond within the timeframes required by law.
